With the new service center I got my car our long before it was supposed to be done. Everyone seems to be happy.
Really efficient service maintenance. Received a very simple text later that advised air filter was also exceeding dirty. Simple ok to add that to service request. No voicemails back and forth, etc. Really clean and organized too.
Fast, friendly service. I have never had to take my vehicle back for a re-do. When they do my service, they do a thorough inspection and report my maintenance needs but are not pushy in any way.
It was a good experience, I’m going to make an appointment to get the other kinks out of my car, they take the worry out and the stress knowing the job is going to be done correctly.
I have my oil change done and bought new tires. So I left the car and in a few hours my advisor called me and told me that I need my air filter changed. I told him are you serious I just had it changed the last time I had an oil changed. He checked in the computer and said you are right. Let me checked what's going on. They might have not really changed it the last time you came. He called me back and he said we don't need to changed it and there are only leaves in the filter and I personally remove them.
