Went there today to find out their radio add is misleading. They guy said that they don’t have any cars under $12,000.00 “even used ones”and you must have a valid social security number and that an ITIN number is useless. Don’t get why their radio add says otherwise. #dontwasteyourtime
My wife was looking for a used car and found one at Carmax in Roseville she wanted. She continued looking and called the Kia dealership in Elk Grove. The manager assured her he could sell her a new car at the same price. My wife told the manager that it was a long drive for her and she didn't want to drive down there just to be jerked around when she got there. He assured her that wouldn't happen. Elk Grove Kia has taken care of my car for 12 years and I never have a problem. The Service Department is the BEST. I can't say enough good things about them!
Love this place. I normally go at 7 am and wait for my oil change in a great lounge with free snacks, water, wifi and cable tv. If I have more work they provide me a ride home and pick me up when my vehicle is finished. Yesterday was not good....I had an 11 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, it took 2 and a half hours and they were out if snacks. I will go back because my service advisor, Sulaiman always does a great job
