Loving my new Sorento! Lyndon was a great salesman from my first online inquiry to after I got my car home and had questions! Got a great deal with more options/upgrades then I ever thought I’d need, all at a great price. Jason was helpful in getting it down to a payment I could afford. And Carlos was as quick as possible with all the paperwork. You have to be realistic with YOUR FINANCES! Elk Grove Kia gets a solid 5/5 from me!!! I visited 2/15/2018 and at first i was disheartened to see so many negative reviews. Went there today to find out their radio add is misleading. They guy said that they don’t have any cars under $12,000.00 “even used ones”and you must have a valid social security number and that an ITIN number is useless. Don’t get why their radio add says otherwise. #dontwasteyourtime
My wife was looking for a used car and found one at Carmax in Roseville she wanted. She continued looking and called the Kia dealership in Elk Grove. The manager assured her he could sell her a new car at the same price. My wife told the manager that it was a long drive for her and she didn't want to drive down there just to be jerked around when she got there. He assured her that wouldn't happen.
