We purchased a new 2024 *** at the dealership in March. We just discovered last week that the washer fluid hoses were not hooked up properly (haven't needed the wipers until now), and fluid is shooting sideways. Brought my brand new (2 weeks old) Kia ********* here 8/9/2022 for an alignment under warranty. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 am and picked up at 4:15 pm when they called, which is a very excessive amount of time for an alignment. ELK GROVE KIA MANAGER - **** (he is the manager, but refused to give me his card or last name) treated me horribly. Told me to read the fine print when I questioned why they weren't honoring the on-line lease price. He also said, "English is my second language and I can understand it." She was almost impossible to reach and it seemed we were playing phone tag for weeks. Purchased a 2019 Kia Forte S, loved the car, great sales experience. Everything was perfect for the first 48 hours. Check engine light came on at 226 miles. I was livid. Called and let them know, since I live in Stockton I want able to just drive over to Elk Grove so they can look at it, so I took it into Stockton. i put in an order for the Kia Telluride white with black interior, prestige package. I waited patiently for 2 months for it. Supposedly they called me for 3 days, which my phone says it was ONE CALL.
