Always excellent service and care from all the staff.
I have extreme anxiety when it comes to getting dental work done. So much so, that I had a panic attack in front of the staff and Dr. Ngai prior to getting a cavity filled. I think I would be considered difficult patient, (insisted on seeing x-rays, lots of questions etc.) but they really showed an understanding, caring and positive attitude towards me. They showed nothing but compassion and patience with me from start to finish.
I am a totally satisfied and happy customer. I have had Dr Phipps & my husband has Dr Ngai for years and will continue and are thankful for such friendly nice and wonderful dentist. They make your visit as pleasant as possible.
