Where going to the "dentist" doesn't feel like pulling teeth. Dr Randell and his staff are friendly and make you fell welcome. I highly recommend this group to all my friends and family. 2 location, 1 in Spencer County and 1 in Louisville.
I'm very pleased with Dr. Randsdell. He's knowledgeable, not pushy, knows what he's doing and very personable and funny. He takes his time and explains everything that needs to be done and why . I hardly do any waiting for my procedures He's very good at making sure you're properly numb for the procedure . I didn't even feel the needle !! The office has a very "homey" feeling to it and the staff is very nice and courteous .Shayna ( not sure of her title at the office , sorry Shayna ) is wonderful. March 10, 2015 Tuesday Well, the Dental Office Staff and the Info Desk is accomodating and seems nice. Speaks clearly and in moderate tone that I can understand what is she or he referring to and thus providing instructions and information about our dental health problems in a very sensible manner. They're giving us great medical-dental care today. It was my first time being here, seen by such a good dentist.
