Great place to actually get strong. Great people willing to help you reach your goals and motivate you.
The people are always friendly, the managers are cool, machines and weights are up to date, not out of order or broken, no drama, and ten times better than etown swim and fitness.
Not only a great place to work out but the staff rocks!
The place is dirty and held together by duct tape. The staff has no idea what is going on and can never answer any questions. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION!! I am going back to etown swim, I Should have never left there.
Tonight was my third Yoga class at EAC with instructor Amy Anderson --- she is a fantastic Yoga instructor!! And, doing Yoga, I am finding, is so wonderful -- the Yoga moves are difficult but make my body feel so much better! Classes are Monday and Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. and Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Come join us!
