Hands down best gym I have ever gone to. The staff was extremely nice and greeted you every day with a smile on your face. The people in there are in there to workout, grunt, push themselves to the next level by any means necessary. Every time I visit Kentucky I will be at this gym and I will truly miss it when I head back home to California. If you guys had a gym out there I would sign up for it right away!!!! I can't believe how lucky I am to have found Elizabethtown Athletic Club. What they offer for Silver Sneakers members is amazing. They have 3 or 4 classes every weekday for us. I go there and walk the track 2 miles for cardio, then choose a class - either Yoga or Tai Chi. Been doing this since Feb. My husband says I'm a changed woman!
EAC is by far the best gym in etown, not like that sorry excuse for a gym across town they call the swim center, hell the GM Debbie kicked me out cuz I was a bodybuilder she even told me bodybuilding wasn't a good fit for her gym so I workout at a real gym now EAC I love u guys!!!
