Great place to work out. They have excellent classes and most any machine you can think of, as well as, free weights. Never too crowded. I have never had to wait for a piece of equipment to become available. The staff members are nice and very helpful. I have enjoyed working out at EAC and highly recommend it.
Although im not worring to much about the scale since im building muscle and it weighs more than fat, it still felt nice to see im down 10 pounds!! � slowing working towards a better/healthier me thanks to EAC!! Its so much more than a gym its like a family!!! Ive never been so motivated in my life, for once i look forward to going to the gym!!
This gym has a lot to offer! Weights, cardio machines, boxing room, yoga class, inside track and more! The front desk clerk was super friendly and knowledgeable about the gym!
The workers are always willing to help and don’t make you feel uncomfortable about what you don’t know. There’s also lots of equipment, resources, and classes
Awesome Gym!!!! My wife and I have meet so many great friends in the past few years from EAC. Just great people that want others to feel well and do great in life.
Just switched to this gym about a month ago. It's always clean and proper gym etiquette is highly encouraged here which is a huge plus for me. Besides that the staff is always friendly and the childcare is top notch. Couldn't be happier with the switch.. -Trav
