Very unprofessional place to work. They criticize you when they are angry. They act like your best friend until they get mad with someone else and take it out on you. Manager sits in the back when we are busy bc he's in a bad mood. They do not split the tips. And I'm honestly trying to decide if I want to take them to court bc that's illegal
RecommendedPhone service or at least online service should be offered. Certain Monday’s we choose other places because you don’t answer your phone and we try calling for 30 minutes. Not going to drive 15 minutes if we don’t get to call it in first. This has happened for over a year and as I’m reading other post it seems you just don’t answer the phone at all. Change your service and promise you will make more money.
