My doctor ordered blood work in March. When I got there the lady behind the counter said there was no order from the doctor. I called my doctor asking why. She faxed it in March and the people from BCUC walk in clinic had not put it the proper spot in March. The lady offered no apologize for their screw up. I sat there for an hour waiting. Total uncalled for waste of my time. I like the lab tech...that is the only reason I go all the way there from Summerdale...I am 71 and disabled and they seem not to care.
Wow I'm just blown away at how wonderful this office is. From the front desk, the nurses, and Dr Brown. They make you feel so comfortable and answer any and every question. Dr Brown listened to me and have me every option possible. He made it clear my health is more important than a check.. Hard to find Drs like that. Everything everyone has told me about how good he is is true. So blessed to have found a caring Dr..
I've been here before and had great experiences... last night was odd. I got good treatment but when the doctor keeps asking staff can we get credit for starting an IV or do we get credit for starting an IV and run fluids? Put patient's needs first and especially not do things that they get paid for. I was sent on to ER. The doctor even rubbed his thumb and two fingers to express money. We were there for an employment drug screen. The wait was short and the people were professional and very nice
I usually have a great experience, if you can say that about going to a Dr. I was not impressed with the Doctor who saw me yesterday afternoon. He was very unconcerned about the problems I came to him about. If i ever haven't to back, I will make damn sure he's not on duty. Just saying!!!
Dr. Pace has been my doctor for 20 plus years here in Lillian, AL. I've always felt so blessed to have such a great, knowledgeable doctor to treat my ailments. Thank you Doctor Pace. Timmy Scott Wilkerson
Dr. Brown is amazing and nothing less. He's always calm, listens, and addresses your concerns like your his top priority. He always made me and my son feel safe and important. He was always straight forward with any complications but never had a panic in his voice. He was reassuring that he was gonna always take care of my son and me. Once in the hospital when he decided I couldnt delivery natural, he performed a C section. He kept me calm in my fear and did a beautiful job. Can't even tell I had one.
