The most incredible team, truly a remarkable facility
While the overall service was satisfactory, I must comment on the first nurse that we were assigned named Beth. It was surprising to say in the least to observe someone in a children's hospital lacking such basic understanding of children and acting more like a Victorian governess than a caring nurse. Her actions and attitude towards my son were far removed from her peers and we're shocking in their revelation. Went to children's for my little girl today. They were very helpful and caring. I wanted to thank shawn who took my daughter's images of her thumb. He was very nice and answered all of her questions about anything. Thank you shawn for being so kind and wonderful to my family.
My 24 month old grandson was admitted to Children's Hospital Colorado South Campus, Highlands Ranch. He'd been havin' trouble with a cough and breathing, so my daughter took him to the hospital and they said "It's the tail end of a cold, take him home." WITHOUT a test!!! In 4 days when he had no improvement, she took him to the local doc. The guy immediately said he has Pneumonia, take him to the hospital. 24 hrs later (after they finally admitted him, having tried to send him home a 2nd time then calling the local physician... read more
ER waiting time is ridiculous- daughter had A very high temp and was not moved to the top of the list- waiting almost 4 hrs and name was never called
This is the best hospital in the country. The doctors and nurses at this hospital are knowledgeable and caring with great communication skills.
The surgeons, nurses and everyone in between were very informative, supportive of my sons needs as well as ours. TY
Great doctors, nurses, and staff. My son had such great care and my opinion was always listened to. Plus they made sure we weren't going crazy with the long stay.
This hospital is amazing. Great and friendly people who truly care about my child's well-being. They give me plety of information and make sure all my questions are answered before I leave. Absolutely no complaints ever when I come here!
