My son has been waiting for a year to get an appointment which caused him to age out and now we have to go back through the whole system to go back to our Primary care physician and get another referral so he can go to an adult neurologist because Colorado Springs will only see 17 and under at their neurology clinic. Obviously, Colorado Springs is not communicating with Denver cause Denver kept sending me back and forth and saying Colorado Springs does take neurology patients up until they are 21.. My son now 10months old spent 12days at children's hospital in Aurora back in Feb with RSV.. We had the BEST Nurses and Docs anybody could ask for!!! They not only took care of my son but they also took care of me Mentally Emotionally and Physically when I ended up sick :) I thank god everyday for the love patience and care we both received I wldnt want my children goin to any other hospital then Children's trust me they r the best!!!!!!

We flew from Northern Virginia to Denver for a wedding in Littleton, but my infant daughter picked up a bug on the plane. Thirty-six hours later, she was running a fierce fever and projectile vomiting. Luckily the Children's Hospital Colorado - South Campus was just up the way from us. They admitted us quickly, did the necessary tests, and ultimately diagnosed her with gastroenteritis. These ppl here are so wonderful verrrrrry caring... They don't only take care of the patient!!!!!! They take care of the parent, family members, or friends that being them in.. Dream Dental at Childrens Hospital Aurora Colorado is very good with my son.. He had to get some extensive work done to where we have been here for almost 5 hours and he was totally comfortable with being here. But I can't wait to leave my but hurts from the chairs in the cafeteria Not comfy chairs at all.. Hope everyone is having a great day...
My husband & I can't thank the surgeons, NICU & the urology staff for taking such amazing care of us & our daughter Amelia, when she needed extra care after birth. We would definitely recommend Children's Hospital Colorado to any parents whose kids are in need of any special medical services & extra medical care!!

Horrible! My toddler has been actively vomiting for two days. We waited in the waiting room for 1hr 45m to get taken in. Three people that came in behind us went back before us. I asked what was going on and they had no idea. We were taken into a room and including the waiting room time, we are approaching 2.5hrs of sheer wait time....still haven't seen a doctor.
