My daughter and I spent the day there yesterday to get her tonsils and adenoids removed. The staff was great and it was a very nice clean environment! Very grateful to all the nurses and staff who made our stay comfortable!
This is a team of truly gifted artists. In a time of worry and fear they paint you a beautiful canvas of safety, care and peace. They use use rich colors of doting, understanding and fun to ease your fear and make a bad situation easier to look at. I would take my daughter to no other gallery. Love you Childrens staff!!!!! Thank you for loving my baby and taking such good care of not just her but all of us.
I love this hospital. The staff is so caring and loving. My daughter has been at CHC since September. She was born with Charge Syndrome and was getting really bad at the other hospital (where she was born April 2016) but she needed more treatment and CHC was the place she could get it. CHC gaveme my baby girl back. Its up and down cuz of her syndrome but at Children's they bend to her and what she needs. Its truly different herethen other hospital. I've been here for surgery about 8 times and I love it!!! Best hospital, best workers and best doctors!!
The doctors have always taken the time to explain everything to my kids, making sure they have an understanding of what is happening. How their bodies react to injury or disease giving them comfort in knowing their body is doing what nature intended. Always patient and never rushed, so I feel I can ask questions without feeling like I'm on a timer. Excellent support and instruction when it is time to leave the hospital, you never feel alone. Thank you!!�
Amazing nursing staff, but I was shocked with how much we had to wait and the lack of saying I'm sorry. As a mother, I just wanted an apology and to not be ignored. The only thing that was said was the weekends are not staffed for communication, but when you are doing surgery on my child that is unacceptable. Please, you are a wonderful hospital don't ruin your reputation because you can't explain the weekend process correctly to parents.
This hospital is amazing! Everything runs so smoothly and everyone is so friendly and polite! A big shout out to the Concussion Program and Dr. Wilson and nurse Dianne! You guys rock!
