The staff and just everyone is amazing!!!!i would go back in a heartbeat. Those healthcare professionals and Volunteers have the biggest hearts and care. Love it
My 3 month old son was very sick with RSV. We had been transferred from 2 different hospitals (within the Children's network) within 6 hours and finally ended up at the main campus. They stabilized him quickly and in the least invasive manner. All the staff in the ED, NICU, and 8th floor were great! Being a RN myself I look at things differently and I would not hesitate to bring my son back here again.
We had the purple team on the 8th floor. They had beautiful souls! It showed in their care of our grandson. He even went to one of his nurses Bridgette. That says ALOT!!
Unfortunate circumstances but always a great experience with our heart visits for our 2 year old daughter who has been with this hospital since she was 2 weeks old�
We love the children's hospital. They are so patient and caring. The staff is amazing, never been disappointed
We got very quickly admitted from the children's hospital in Broomfield to this hospital and from the moment we stepped in we felt very welcome and felt like we were in extremely good hands. Everyone from the nurses to the volunteers were very nice and extremely professional. We have never felt more welcomed at a hospital than we did here and I will recommend this place if at all needed. They went above and beyond the call the entire time!!
We use several services for our daughter with multiple disabilities, including Genetics/metabolic, GI, Surgery, and Neurology. I have been absolutely impressed by the professionalism and compassion from the nurses and doctors. Coming from Johns Hopkins in MD I feel the care she receives at Colorado Children's is superior by far. My only complaint is to have changing stations for your many disabled larger children available. We just can't say enough good things about the staff here. Although the Aurora SWAT team dresses up as superheroes and rappels down the side of the building, the true heroes work inside. They were able to take a scary diagnosis of Leukemia and dissect it into bite size pieces that we could handle. We are treated with empathy and compassion at every contact and each step is explained completely.
