My daughter was diagnosed with hodgkin's lymphoma in the beginning of the year . Katianas doctor Brian Greffe was amazing her Nurse Flori Legette treated my daughter like family and always made her situation doable and encouraged her to fight and gave Katiana hope that there was light at the end of the tunnel. This experience will be one I will always remember . Thank you so much Childrens Hospital Colorado for all you do for those who are in need of medical help.
We took our 3 month old son in to the emergency room due to a seizure he had at midnight. We were seen right away. Everything in there went well til he was given his antibiotics. It was run through a machine and when it ended it would beep. The nurse says when it beeps, to call her and she would come and turn it off. I did just that and she didn’t come in til an hour later. Last night, we were referred to Children’s Hospital by Wesley’s pediatrician. He made the decision to call Children’s and let them know we were on our way after discussing Wesley’s blood work results with me- he didn’t like where his liver enzymes were and overall felt that we needed to be seen by top notch specialists for a sedated CT scan. I am giving two stars to be fair to the critical surgeon and the Rad Tech that examined/ US my grandson. They were professional and confident in what they were doing and saying. For the rest of ER staff that cared for my grandson I would give a 1. We start of with a second year resident stating that she apologizes but her attending is not on top of her game tonight. My son has always received top notch care from the best doctors at Children’s. The staff is always nice and informative.
It’s the best place to be if your little one has any kind of health issue, my grandson has had two surgeries there, they are amazing they’ve got it all together, very professional from the doctors all the way to the receptionist!!! Really great bunch of people, thanks to them for everything they’ve done❤️
