so disappointed in this facility... livid is actually more like it. I sat there today and listened to a lady cry moan and beg for someone to help her. Apparently she was there a couple days ago for a broken leg and after xrays was sent home. only to be transported back today and after another x-ray it was discovered that yes!!- her leg was broken. I can't imagine the agony that poor lady endured last night. our Dr's and nurses are who we turn to for help they are supposed to be pillars in out community someone who we trust. ... read more

Can’t recommend a hospital who employs such racist and inconsiderate people. We already know there are disparities in the care black men and women receive in the healthcare system. Hospitals should be working to educate their employees on this issue and getting rid of people like this. I’ll be making sure my family and friends get quality care elsewhere.

watchout for this "hospital", they steal personal property, then that'll double bill you.
“Dignity” Health states that “Heroes Work Here.” How is this kind of behavior in line with being a “hero” or having any “dignity” at all? We have to hold our medical care providers to a higher standard and your employee sharing images like this on social media will absolutely solidify my decision to go elsewhere for medical services.

I can’t support a place like this when you guys employ people that aren’t culturally aware of the climate we’re in. This is absolutely insensitive and careless.
They have great doctors and staff, but the hassle of dealing with their billing is an absolute nightmare. Every time we have gone here since CHI moved their billing department to God knows where they have found some way to mess up our charges. Normally it is a quick phone call to get it sorted out, but this last time it has been 6 months of calling CHI billing and our insurance company every month to have it properly billed through our insurance company, and yet they always … See more
