We worked with Elizabeth on finding a home in the Chattanooga area, we found all the homes we went to look at. We were told that the roof was covered under a warranty and come to find out after we closed, nothing was covered, we were told what we wanted to hear to close on the house and that was it. After closing, we did not even receive a thank you card, I have never worked with a realtor and had this experience.
