The nurse was very caring, tried to address the issue and even made sure the medication was sent in the right place.
Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. Listened to my questions and gave me the answers I needed.

She was very kind and listened to me. She was not able to do anything during that appointment but offered to follow up with my usual Dr and see what could be done. She communicated well and I felt heard.
