Visited this dentist for a cleaning during a time when I had medicaid as she was the only dentist near me that accepted this insurance. She then recommended 4 fillings which I came back to have done. She did all 4 fillings on her own without a nurse to assist. The fillings were a total mess and my teeth hurt for weeks after that. When calling her office to complain about the pain all I was told was that the pain could last 7-8 weeks and that was normal. I went for a cleaning which resulted in needing 2 fillings. One of the fillings was too high. I went back 4 times to have it filed down. Now I have a half shark tooth molar that is STILL TOO HIGH! I cannot chew on that side of my mouth anymore. Terrible professionalism!
I felt welcomed and loved when I first entered the dental office. It felt very "homey" and allowed for my family and I to enjoy our visit without any fear. The dentist is kind and personable and will work with you on any issues regarding your teeth.
