Horrible customer service and trying to see the doctor when the patient is sick is a joke! I've called on two separate occasions when I Was Sick to make an appointment to get in to see her, and both times I was unable to get worked in. It is absolutely ridiculous that the patient has to be sick on the doctors schedule. Tallahassee needs to get a grip on doctors. They are here to serve the patient, but what good is having a "primary doctor" if you can NEVER get in to see her without scheduling five months in advance. The whol... read more

Can’t ever get in to see “the doctor” when I’m sick, I have to be sick in conjunction with their appointment availability… That’s a dang shame! Just a number and dollar sign and no human element at all.
Dr Dickens is a great Dr. She treats you like you were her only patient. Very through and explains every detail so you understand. If she prescribes a medication, she explains what it is for and why you need it. At the end of your appointment, you are given a printout of what was discussed. I highly recommend Dr Dickens.
Dr. Dickens is FANTASTIC! She is attentive, proactive, full of knowledge and resources! She is everything I hoped for in a Physician! Give her a try! She is well worth the investment!
