I had an 8:30 appointment this morning with Dr. Elizabeth Daughtry at the Cary office. I arrived early with my completed new patient forms in hand. At 9:15 I was still awaiting Dr. Daughtry, or anyone, to arrive in the exam room. I stepped out to ask about her whereabouts and was told she was behind because earlier appts were running longer than expected. They open at 8:00, my appt was at 8:30 and I left unseen at 9:15. How do they manage to run at least 45 min late due to appts in the first 30 min of the day?
