Stay away from this rental! Two (2) Face Management on site, that is possibly involved in 'subletting' and straight up head games with tenants. (Example) I paid my rent with Money Orders address to Elizabeth Arms, days later... on site manager Samra B. states she recieved the MOs, then she states that she returned them to me. Clean, well kept and quiet building. Management is very prompt and polite. Never had/have any problems with maintenance, neighbors, or anything else.
Dear corporation, please hire professional mangers that know how to respect human being..I work hard to pay my rent on time, I was never late my payment last 7 months that I lives here. This morning I wake that my car is being towed without any notice from or phone call from the manager. They have the best management and nice house I moved in last month for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom House is exactly I want 2 opposite side bed and bathrooms and beautiful house acceptable price perfect location had small issues about house but as soon as i notice they came and fixed everything Thanks Guys ------ I feel i have to update my feelings after 3 managers changed in few months and last manager didn't notice us and towed our cars without any notice or call. + this situation i have to explain and promise i ll keep updating a... read more
