Dr. Schaefer is compassionate and thoughtful. She listens to us and takes the time to thoroughly assess our issues & concerns. She is knowledgeable & has helped us tremendously. She answers all questions w/patience, includes my child/me in all decisions, is reassuring, & is timely in following-up. I am so grateful that we have her as a provider!

She is a godsend. We had a different and well recommended Dr from a different hospital group. Hard to ever get answers, compassion, etc. Exact opposite once we came to Dr. Schaefer. She is amazing in every way. Explains everything to my son and he really likes her.

Our first visit took months to get in. My daughter's condition has worsened in recent weeks and I left a vm, which was not returned. Called again and waited 15 minutes and was then greeted with the comment that Dr. Schaefer does not take appointments and I will have to see a nurse practioner. When I asked if it mattered if she was already a patient I got a frustrated "DATE OF BIRTH?". Absolutely no patient concern.
