The two opened the boutique wanting to offer brides something different, a personalized experience that they feel all brides deserve. I went to my appointment solo and Kelly took care of me, literally took care of me! She was just on point with everything and super fun and friendly, I felt so comfortable the entire time and that really means a lot to me. The variety of dresses and colors AND SIZES is outstanding. I had such a great time I’m making my bridesmaids come here as well!
It was so fun working with Jaclyn to find my wedding dress! She is so patient, fun, and knowledgeable... my family also raved about the experience we had. It was truly a memorable day! Thank you!
After visiting a bridal shop before this & having such a discouraging experience, I was hoping that the next place I’d have better luck. The moment I walked into Elizabeth Ann’s, Jackie was super helpful and so friendly! She had me step out of my comfort zone and in doing that, I found my dream wedding dress! I went to Elizabeth Ann's in Auburn on a cold day in January but had the best experience buying my dress! After finding the dress, it was hard to wait for it to come in but when it did they did an amazing job with everything from the first fitting to the final alterations. I love Elizabeth Ann’s bridal Boutique. Everyone I have encountered through my wedding planning over the past two years as been over the top nice. Elizabeth Ann’s helped me pick the dress of my dreams and I felt absolutely beautiful last weekend at my wedding. Not only did I get my dress from there but my bridesmaids did as well, and let me tell you, they looked amazing! my visit last night was absolutely wonderful!! I went in so overwhelmed and nervous and I walked out of there with the dress of my dreams. Jackie was absolutely amazing and made this the most memorable experience for me and I couldn't be happier.
