The two opened the boutique wanting to offer brides something different, a personalized experience that they feel all brides deserve. I had an excellent experience at Elizabeth Ann! I ended up getting the first dress I tried on! The staff was excellent and the experience felt very personal...I didn't want a massive store with tons of staff helping tongs of brides...when I was there they focused on me and my family and they was excellent. Highly recommend 🙂

We just spent a wonderful few hours at Elizabeth Ann’s with my daughter and her brides maids. The location and size of the shop was very attractive to us not to mention the support and service. It was an easy afternoon and she found a gorgeous dress. The selection was just enough without being overwhelming. Headed back there in a few weeks for the bridesmaids dresses and into her other store in Worcester for my dress and her flower girls. Highly recommend this lovely bridal boutique
