The staff is very kind and attentive. I too, and terrified of visiting a dentist office. However, Dr. Wagner makes me feel comfortable and at ease.
I was referred to Dr. Wagner by a friend at work and she has been wonderful! I'm not sure what these other patients are talking about because the hygienist was extremely thorough during my cleaning and Dr. Wagner spent plenty of time with me afterwards. The office is one of the nicest I've ever seen and I felt very comfortable, which is saying alot since I'm normally scared of dentists office. Dr. Wagner purchased the practice of long-time Atlanta dentist Alan Landel. The professionalism of Dr. Landel's office has been replaced by an atmosphere that I can only describe as factory oriented. You are whisked in and out. Hopefully, if you're in for just a cleaning, Dr. Wagner will find 30 seconds to see you. I doubt it though. Simple fillings require multiple trips to get them "seated" properly. Wait until you leave one of the hygenists and go back for a filling....It's like a Ford Motor Company assembly line. Dr. Wagner is a delight! My entire family enjoys seeing her. My 6 year old loves her! Always happy and eager to please. I am terrified of the dentist and she takes the extra step to make me feel comfortable! I highly recommend Dr. Wagner and her staff.
She is on my insurance plan, Blue Cross Blue Shield, it costs me nothing and always a delight to get my teeth cleaned. I will keep on going to her as long as my insurance covers her. Great Dentist!
