Dr. Wagner is terrific. She takes the time to explain what needs to be done, gives you a few (1 to 3 options) and lets you decide what's best for you. And they never try to sell you on a treatment you don't need or want. She just replaced 2 fillings that were 30+ years old - she has a soft touch and will take a break it you need it. dr. wagner is the best dentist in buckhead when i had to get a tooth pulled and get a cavity filled i was very nervous because i hate shots but she made me very relaxed. i appreciated this and have never hated needles since.
My (first and only) trip to Dr. Wagner was a breeze, as far as dentist appointments go. I was able to schedule an appointment without too much advance with a friendly receptionist. My wait in the clean and comfortable reception area was short. The hygeniest and dentist were both exuded friendliness and competence. They were both patient, thorough and expedient at the same time. Dr. Wagner and her staff were wonderful. They took the time to really explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable.
My insurance completely covered her services, all the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and their equipment was state of the art. For a trip to the dentist, it was relatively pleasant.
I found Dr. Wagner's staff, facilites and care to be exceptional. Enough so that I have moved all of my dental care to her practice. Dr. Wagner defines the best of what dental care should be.
I was referred to this dentist by a friend. Went for a checkup and had to get a deep cleaning. The hygenist was very friendly and no needles were needed. They just used some anesthetic on my gums and it worked like a charm. No pain at all. After the cleaning they also inserted these antibacterial capsules under the gumline to help prevent infection. The only drawback was they were $32 per capsule and I needed 8 of them (ouch!). My insurance didn't cover that. Dr. Wagner was very personable and had great chair side manner. Sh... read more
Very nice and compentent. She's quick and to the point and very pleasant.
I just entered a positive review but I had not signed up. Again, it was a little painfull in the flossing but everything else was excellent. Great personal treatment, they took their time with me not just tried to process me as fast as possible.
