Dr. Hansen was prompt, friendly, courteous, polite and gave me the information I needed to decide to go ahead and have the Yag procedure. He also did my catarac surgeries a few years back, and I was impressed with his kindness and knowledge then - and now.
Right on time. Friendly and professional. I’d let Dr. Melicher do surgery on any of my family members.
I felt comfortable asking lots of questions about all aspects of my vision and her examination of my eyes.
He asks pertinent questions about my health and he takes time to listen to what I have to say. He’s very personable and knowledgeable. He even takes a few moments to talk with me about some world events, and I feel very comfortable with my care in his hands.
She listened to me and specifically addressed my concerns.
Dr. Melicher listens to concerns and follows through with helpful advice. I would highly recommend her expertise with eye care.
I can not say enough about Dr. Melicher and the care I received from her! She is the most caring and competent physician I have ever had. My mom is 99 and has been seeing Dr Hansen for a few years. He always treats her with such compassion and empathy. Even though she is 99, he does everything he possibly can to keep her seeing! He never gives up on her! He is the best!!
Dr Hansen is a caring, highly competent doctor with a vast level of experience. Because of his reputation and knowledge, I have complete confidence in his evaluations, care, treatments and surgery. He is personable and very comfortable to work with. I am grateful to have him as my doctor.
