I cannot recommend Sirandyn enough! My fiancé and I walked into Eliza Page with limited knowledge of engagement rings and wedding bands and she made the process absolutely fantastic and SO fun. Her expertise and care truly made me feel so taken care of and heard, especially with such a big decision. I am forever grateful we decided to work with her - she is an absolute angel!

Showed up for a scheduled appointment and was told to come back in 10 minutes. I returned and the manager had a new hire (She was great - she was clearly flustered) help me...They wanted me to reschedule the appointment, but the whole experience was seriously off-putting...
I have been a very long time customer and have always had the best service and most amazing pieces. However recently Sirandyn went above and beyond. I dropped the ball on my wife’s bday this year and Sirandyn jumped into action. She found the perfect piece that was still in pre-production, rushed it to the store so that she could inspect for me, and then overnighted it to us on vacation just in time to make the birthday extra special. EP and Sirandyn will remain my go to for all the jewels!
I usually never write reviews, but we had such a wonderful experience here that I had to shout y’all out! All the staff are just wonderful. Every employee I interacted with was knowledgeable, kind, and caring!! They make engagement ring shopping such a relaxing, joyful, and exciting experience!! Their jewelry is breathtaking and extremely high quality without the insane prices!! Please (I’m begging y’all at this point), if you’re in the Austin area, you have got to go to Eliza Page for your engagement ring shopping!!!
