The guy came in and couldn't figure out how to hook up his equipment. He finally figured out that he could use the laundry room. His equipment flooded my laundry room water was everywhere but he didn't say anything, he just wanted to leave, there was water all over the place. So I spent the day soaking up water trying to save my laundry room and mopping up my hall and entry way. Also, the carpet is still wet 24hrs later. We replaced our carpet and decided to take advantage of a spotted fox deal for our very first biannual carpet cleaning about 6 months after the new carpet was installed. This was a huge mistake. Eliteco left our carpet smelling like moldy old socks. It's been another 6 months or so since and we've tried another company to try to get rid of the smell but with little effect. Now we are left with a carpet that stinks up our house until we can afford to replace it again.

Waited 2 hours for a scheduled appointment and called company 3x to status when/if they would showup. Based on my experience I can not recommend them
