RecommendedWindow tint is something that has to be done right. It changes the look of your car, provides cooler temperatures for the inside, & protects the interior of your car. Skyler was very knowledgeable on different kinds of window tint he provides. He provided excellent customer service, took good care of my car, and was able to finish it in a timely matter. I messaged Skyler late on a Friday night after closing time to see if he had time to do it the following week and didn’t expect a reply til Monday morning. He replied and let me know he had 2 openings that Saturday and I told him I’d take both of them for both of our trucks. He had both knocked out within a couple hours and were better then expected. Definitely recommend Elite to everyone!
Skyler and I had a mix-up in the scheduling of my tint job, and especially since I live an hour outside of Amarillo, Skyler was genuinely upset about it. Not to mention, it was the first time in Elite's history that something like this had happened. Most business owners wouldn't call the customer, sincerely apologize, and make it right; most business owners would simply let the customer go to another shop and not lose any sleep over it.
