No Sales Person Show! – Had an appointment on Thursday @ 11AM for an appraisal. When it became 12:15PM, I called and asked why there was no show. Receptionist saw my appointment for that day, and I told her to cancel it, because of tardiness. A few minutes later, a woman called from Elite to say there is an appointment @ 11Am, although for Friday, not Thursday. Impossible, because I will not be home on Friday. So, either the salesperson wrote down the incorrect day, or they were lying to make a sale. NO THANKS!
