HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEWARE! NIGHTMARE – I have had several cars tinted with the PREVIOUS owner and employees and the job was never short of steller. However the NEW owner and employees are extremely unqualified to be tinting windows. We brought our brand new car in to be tinted and when we picked it up it had scratches all over the inside of the tint, a piece of hair stuck under it and a pebble, not to mention the back window where the defroster is looks bubbly and shabby to say the least. No Sales Person Show! – Had an appointment on Thursday @ 11AM for an appraisal. When it became 12:15PM, I called and asked why there was no show. Receptionist saw my appointment for that day, and I told her to cancel it, because of tardiness. A few minutes later, a woman called from Elite to say there is an appointment @ 11Am, although for Friday, not Thursday. Impossible, because I will not be home on Friday. So, either the salesperson wrote down the incorrect day, or they were lying to make a sale. NO THANKS!
