Beau the mgr is no longer there dont go to elite – Over the past year and half I have taken two cars to elite all were taken care of by beau garcia a master installer in the industry and great customer service provider i traded my lexus in and got my brand new mercedes when i went in to get it tinted i asked for beau and the owner was there he laughed like a child and bragged about how he fired him and asked me very rude like "so what you need done" i asked for the same film that i got on my other cars never was i pressured ... read more
Horrible customer service if you dont like his prices! – This guy is a total JERK! I called to find out prices, he told me a way to high price, I said never mind and he told me "we did want to tint your car anyway!" In shock I called back and asked if he was serious and again to my surprise he said yes. The simple fact is this guy is lacking in customer service and two he is over priced. Great customer service and amazing products. – Recently I visited Elite because a friend had recommended their service for tinting. I am always hesitant when getting my car worked on since I am a single woman and not too knowledgeable on automobiles. Upon arriving I was greeted in a very timely and friendly manner. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEWARE! NIGHTMARE – I have had several cars tinted with the PREVIOUS owner and employees and the job was never short of steller. However the NEW owner and employees are extremely unqualified to be tinting windows. We brought our brand new car in to be tinted and when we picked it up it had scratches all over the inside of the tint, a piece of hair stuck under it and a pebble, not to mention the back window where the defroster is looks bubbly and shabby to say the least.
