SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...There was a discrepancy surrounding the time at which our tow truck should have been tinted. We were told by Elite to bring our tow truck in today at 3:30 PM and they would be able to tint it. My employee and I arrived at the Elite and the employee working the desk at the time declined to perform the job claiming they were overbooked. Wow! The owner did not want my business because I asked too many questions about the dot matrix. And when I asked to see cars they had worked on he laughed at me. He said I would never be satisfied. That tells me that they are not a company that can do a good tint job then. Previous comments made were 100% correct - the owner is very unprofessional, zero customer service. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
Excellent job both times! – I've taken two cars there now and both times the work was fantastic and the people were great! I would totally use them again in the future.
Beau the mgr is no longer there dont go to elite – Over the past year and half I have taken two cars to elite all were taken care of by beau garcia a master installer in the industry and great customer service provider i traded my lexus in and got my brand new mercedes when i went in to get it tinted i asked for beau and the owner was there he laughed like a child and bragged about how he fired him and asked me very rude like "so what you need done" i asked for the same film that i got on my other cars never was i pressured ... read more
Horrible customer service if you dont like his prices! – This guy is a total JERK! I called to find out prices, he told me a way to high price, I said never mind and he told me "we did want to tint your car anyway!" In shock I called back and asked if he was serious and again to my surprise he said yes. The simple fact is this guy is lacking in customer service and two he is over priced. Great customer service and amazing products. – Recently I visited Elite because a friend had recommended their service for tinting. I am always hesitant when getting my car worked on since I am a single woman and not too knowledgeable on automobiles. Upon arriving I was greeted in a very timely and friendly manner.
