SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...There was a discrepancy surrounding the time at which our tow truck should have been tinted. We were told by Elite to bring our tow truck in today at 3:30 PM and they would be able to tint it. My employee and I arrived at the Elite and the employee working the desk at the time declined to perform the job claiming they were overbooked. Wow! The owner did not want my business because I asked too many questions about the dot matrix. And when I asked to see cars they had worked on he laughed at me. He said I would never be satisfied. That tells me that they are not a company that can do a good tint job then. Previous comments made were 100% correct - the owner is very unprofessional, zero customer service. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

I was greeted outside and was immediately helped. David gave me useful information in choosing my tint. They took my truck in and immediately got to work removing the old tint that was in terrible shape. I was able to wait while the work was being done. I had time to chat with Bob and learn more about the tint process and warranty. I will definitely return to have my wife's car done. I would recommend Elite Window Tint to anyone that asks!

Excellent job both times! – I've taken two cars there now and both times the work was fantastic and the people were great! I would totally use them again in the future.
