Dr Zadorian is a rock star!!! I arrived at Elite Urgent Care in Encino on August 26 at around 5 pm in major respiratory distress and quite scared. Not only was Dr Zadorian “SPOT ON” in his medical diagnosis /prognosis, but his bedside manner was also top shelf. He provided outstanding medical treatment which quickly reduced my symptoms and caused them to ultimately resolve. Absolutely incredible experience. I was in and out in 30 minutes—including getting stitches—and only waited about 10 minutes to see the doctor. The staff was caring, efficient, and professional. I was also pleasantly surprised by how fair and reasonable the bill was. If I had gone to the ER, I probably would've waited five hours and paid thousands. Great service
not sure why this place would call it self elite urgent care when it turns away a patient at 8:33 pm we called and asked for a xray, they told us come by 8:30 just because we were 3 minutes after they didn’t take us in. this is the state of our health care, lazy workers that want to go home at 9pm on the dot
Jamie, Jordan and Danielle greeted us warmly, were very kind and thorough with caring for my Mother. I am SO glad that I chose this Urgent Care for Mom’s care this evening. I highly recommend it to ANYONE needing great care with an impeccable bedside manner! Thanks guys!
