Got my car (impounded) Tuesday night the 27th of September 2016 picked it up thurday the 29 and have rocker panel damage from when it was unloaded i understand accidents happen just own up too it!!!the car is 2013 I bought the car new so I know every dent on that car and elite towing would not Own up to the damages...would not recommend if you need a tow .!!!!
Horrible customer service!! They hung up on me after being on hold for 1/2 hour.
