I was having issues with my 16 year old SubZero randomly leaking water. When the guys from Elite came out, it would not leak while they were here, but they addressed what they thought it must be based on my descriptions. When it turned out that wasn't the problem, they returned over and over trying different things until it was fixed. They never gave up and were the nicest people to work with. I will always call them when I need service on my fridge. Thank you Robin, Tony, Jamie and Jodie!
Excellent service! They came on very short notice, were extremely professional, and diagnosed the issue with my Sub-Zero refrigerator quickly. I have Elite Sub-Zero Repair serviced my fridge today and I can't express enough my satisfaction with this organization. I called a few days ago to see if they can come out and to my surprise they call back, immediately and set up a service appointment. They followed up to confirm the date and time of the appointment. Jamie came and explained what is needed to be done. He is very honest and tell me that I don't need some of the part that was ordered on my behalf.
