Absolutely the best experience, 5 stars without hesitation. Jaime was honest, professional, and clearly an expert. Jamie and Jody were great. Extremely knowledgeable about sub-zeros and how to repair them. They had everything they needed on the truck and didn’t need to order or go back to the shop for anything. They even fixed something that the company I had used before was going to charge me extra to fix. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Great company. I’m so glad I found them. I would recommend Elite to anyone looking for a great sub-zero repair company.
