Have a subzero 632 that is twenty six years old. Had another company who were professional and came out and diagnosed the unit was low on Freon and added it. The unit was then working great but since there was a slow leak got an estimate from the first company which was very high and had only a one year warranty. I then called Elite Subzero who gave me a much better price for repair and a five year warranty. Jamie and Jody were fantastic . The two gentlemen from Elite came to my house today. This company is a breath of fresh air! They are extremely knowledgable in sub zero as that’s all they do. They gave me information about my refrigerator and took care of my problem right away! Jamie and Jody came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem I was having with my Sub-Zero Refrigerator. I’ve used them in the past and they are always honest and do top-notch repairs. In addition, they come prepared, on-time with a pleasant attitudes. They’re the best at fixing Sub-Zero refrigerators in Houston and outshine the other repair companies which are not as good or honest.
