My Sub Zero refrigerator was having issues with not cooling enough. I contacted a few refrigerator repair centers and they recommended that I seek professional Sub Zero repair service. I contacted Elite Sub Zero speak with Robin and set up an appointment, they sent Tony and Jory out the next day and they arrived on time. I had the best experience from Robin to the gentleman Tony and Jody who did an amazing job of fixing my sub zero fridge. I have had it for over 24 yrs and there promptness to get to my house and replace the ice machine and rebuild my refrigerator side was exceptional service. I kept there information in my phone to share with friends and family. Thank you for all you did.
We had a power spike that affected our Sub-Zero Fridge. Elite Sub-Zero Repair arranged to come fix it quickly and their tech's, including Jody, were very professional and made the needed repairs. When they left you couldn't even tell they had been there. Everything was neat and clean. We will definitely use them in the future for any needed repairs to our fridge & freezer.
I had water seeping from the bottom corner of my refrigerator door and figured out it was due to a clogged drain line. I called Elite Repair and told them I needed this repaired as we are going out of town in 2 days. I was told they are booked for the next 2 weeks in my zip code. However, Tony was super nice & gave me detailed instructions over the phone on an easy way to unclog the line myself. If I ever need my subzero serviced in the future, I will definitely call them. Can't say enough about these folks! They arrive on time, are respectful of my home, considerate and, most importantly, fix the problem (in my case, needs a new ice maker and water valve) for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
