My system shut down and was not generating any solar. Called to have a service call, gave me excuses and lies about why he couldn’t make it. Then Elite Solar just stopped answering my calls

I used to dodge the solar sales guys at home Depot because I had the misunderstanding that they just wanted to sell me something but a friend referred me to Nate at Elite Solar and he made it make sense to me. He went over my usage and didn't pressure me in any way (which I hate). He just explained it to me in what I can understand clearly and ultimately I couldn't say no. I didn't really care too much about the "clean" and "renewable" energy but I ended up saving money. That's all I care about!
