I had a toothache and didn’t have an appointment. Elite Smiles had me in within 3 hours after I called. After looking at the X-ray Dr Freeman determined my tooth was healthy but gums were irritated & I needed a slight bridge adjustment. I walked out without a toothache & a tremendous feeling of relief knowing that I didn’t need any procedure. It has been a very professional experience every appointment I have had for my implant. From Dr Freeman to the assistants and staff. They know what they're doing. I am a snowbird for 5 months, and it's good to know If I need a dentist while in Jacksonville over the winter, now I have one.

First, office is gorgeous. No worries about seeing a dentist in a clean environment. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and professional. My hygienist was Christina. Very talkative, friendly, and knows her job and does it well. Thank you, Christina. Dr. Mullet was the dentist that performed my examination. Very nice and explained things very clearly. You can tell where he trained was an excellent dental program. I definitely have found my new dentist!!!
Like all new patients I was somewhat apprehensive but everyone put me at ease, answered all of my questions and gave me several options. I found my new Dentist!
