This dentist office goes over everything before any procedure is to begin , very professional all the staff are nice friendly and caring don’t like going to the dentist but would not go anywhere else.

I started using Elite Smiles when I moved to St Augustine 2 years ago. I have had several cleanings and a crown last year. Today was a crown and, as expected, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone in this practice treats patients as family. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and their primary focus is the comfort of the patients and the precision of the work being done. Again, never have I been to a dentist that is anything like the family at Elite Smiles.

Who likes to go to the dentist, especially for implants? Me too, I would rather not. However, as dentists go, at Elite Smiles, all are very professional. It is also clear all the staff go the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable, from offering water, a spotless, bright, new building, gentle x-rays in my mouth (with sore gums), ease of booking an appointment, not a bad wait time, and direct honest communication. Dr. Freeman and his entire staff are extremely professional. I would recommend if you haven't done so already start going to Elite Smiles, one stop shop for everything you need done.

Dr. Freeman and his staff are very professional, explain every procedure, allows time for questions, provide optimal dental care. A detailed “plan of care” was provided, every item detailed, and the plan was followed as presented. I would recommend Dr. Freeman with no reserves. His work and results are remarkable. The wait time is minimal, and his staff tries hard to accommodate all schedules. I was very pleased!!!!!
