This rating is for the company and the partnership they have with GAF. We are extremely disappointed and extremely unhappy. We have spoke to Julio, Vincent and GAF representatives, and even filed a claim. Still no progress or really much effort, has been done to fix our roof and repair the damages it has caused our property.From the very beginning we had raised awareness of our issues, it’s been 6 month and STILL trying to have this company take us seriously about the issues the roof they installed has caused. We had a new roof put on by Elite Roofing and worked with Vincent Vasquez (owner) throughout the project. Now after the recent blowing rain we found water leaking into an interior room. I called the company number and was assured that Vincent would call me back shortly. He did not. I called the number again and it is no longer in service. Then I called the numbers I had for him and they were all disconnected. Then I called the website number and only get voicemail. My message was not returned. Stay away from this company! Several things went wrong with replacing the roof on my mom's home. Problem #1 - After signing the Contract, they tried to change the payment terms. They acknowledged they made a mistake and should have included language about a 3% credit card fee. Since, it wasn't included in the signed Contract, we did not pay this additional fee. Problem #2 - on the first day of work, my mom found one of the workers sleeping on her front porch for 1-1/2 hours. Problem #3 - Nobody spoke english on site and it w... read more

Julio came out and provided a very fair estimate, was very patient and answered all my questions. After doing my due diligence I hired them.. they're very busy so it might be a while until they can start the work. But it's worth the wait. Roofers were very thorough , didn't stand around wasting any time. I had a complete roof replacement and they did a great job. They would clean up after themselves every day. Very happy with the Elite roofing staff. They came when they said they would, gave a reasonable estimate, scheduled the repair, completed the work on time and cleaned up as if they were never there. I would definitely use them again.
