I had a great experience with Elite Restoration for both my house and my dad’s house next door on different days. The roofing teams were there early in the morning and did a wonderful job which included cleaning up. There were actually three houses in a row that had roofs replaced from storm damage in March of 2025 by Elite Restoration teams, and we all agreed that they did a great job. Let me state from the beginning that I would definitely use them again. The end result was amazing, and I am well please with the workmanship of the siding repair and roofing, and the window wrapping was perfect. My roof was replaced by Elite Restoration four years ago. The work was done quickly and excellently. Recently, I noticed that one shingle was not lying flat and was concerned it might lead to a roof leak. I contacted the company, and they sent Mr. Pariz Rivera, a quality control specialist, to my home within an hour. He fixed the issue promptly, even though the roof was already past its warranty period. They did not charge me anything. I truly appreciate their efficient, professional, and kind service.
