I had a roof leak and called Elite and set an appointment for an estimate. While the gentleman was very nice, he arrived half an hour late to our appointment time. Not that big a deal, especially after he laid down some ice and rain matting to help stop the leak FOR FREE in the interim. After inspecting the roof, he asked me to call my insurance company and set up an appointment with the claims adjuster because he noticed damage. I did as he asked.
