They will find any reason to keep half of your deposit! TAKE TONS OF PICTURES OF EVERYTHING!!!!!! Had the final walk thru with my mom in crookston and the guy said (oh my gosh, this apartment is cleaner than when you moved in, I won't have to do anything) then they keep half my deposit and come up with a list of bogus things that my mom and I cleaned like crazy people.
