I have gone to this salon before and had fine experiences, but the last was quite disappointing. The staff is friendly, however the experience I think varies drastically between employees. I asked for round filed nails to maintain my previous length, and ended up cut square nails. The cuticle work left my skin around my nails dry and chopped, and one finger bled. Everything you could want in need in a nail place. Clean, professional and gentle. I would highly recommend this place, I’ve been coming for years and they always exceed my expectations. I always pay extra for the deluxe pedicure, the massage is long and worth the extra money
