Not a very experienced salon at all. I was in town hoping they would be able to remove a set for me. Which any nail salon should be able to do. They denied and said no. I asked why and they wouldn't answer me. No wonder they all were sitting around with no customers. :/
Walked in asked if I could have my gel nail polish removed, the man who had the displeasure to “greet” me immediately said no and wouldn’t say why he couldn’t take the gel nail polish off. After I clarified it was not acrylic nails he reluctantly said ok and started aggressively filing down my nail polish only to tell me it’s cash only and it would be $30 to only get my gel nail polish off. I don’t understand how this establishment is still in business with such gross customer service.
I would not recommend getting an eyebrow wax here. When I was taken to the back room, the table I was expected to lie on had a dirty towel covered in other people’s hair. It was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I immediately walked out—there’s no way I would feel comfortable using equipment in that condition.
I went for a pedicure and it was wonderful. The establishment is clean and the techs are friendly. They did an amazing job.
