bad behavior I don't like this place, because the people worked over there really impolite and cold. They did my pedi really fastly for 15'. The lady who is the owner is unknowledgle. Their behaviors with clients are bad , seem they don't need us. awful !

I have been going to Elite Nails for about 3 to 4 years now, have NEVER had a bad experience. I will continue to go to Elite Nails until proven wrong by them. I was going to Pro Nails and had a terrible experience with the owner over there, now that I have been going to Elite Nails I have never been happier!! Thank you guys, keep up the good work!!

Shortest/Worst pedi ever! I've had plenty of pedicures, but none were as bad as this one. The man who apparently "runs" the place is so rude and makes you feel totally unwelcome. The woman who did my pedicure didn't even say "hello". My pedicures usually last around 1 hour... this one lasted about 30 minutes INCLUDING the 10 minutes I sat in the chair to let my toes dry. Gets the job done, but lousy customer service! I had been going to Elite Nails since they were at their previous location behind KFC. At that time they were very happy to have customers and took the time to thoroughly massage feet and calves during the treatment. Their business did grow because of good word-of-mouth and repeat customers like me. These last 2 years the service all around has declined. WHO NEEDS LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE? Poor customer service to the point of being rude. The last time I was there a school girl very reluctantly pulled herself away from a TV program, rudely (yes, RUDELY) asked me "what color you want??" and then told me where to sit, and immediately turned back to her program, getting up after watching TV for a few more minutes in order to run the water for my pedicure. AWESOME PLACE EVER!!! ELITE IS THE BEST!!!! Havent you heard about elite nails... the are the best.. i love their Pink & White and the little kid chairs... My daughter loves the kids pedicure chairs... My daughter love coming here... this place is like a miracle.... I have been to Nancy Nail, Pro nails, and even Top nails. and they have done a bad bad job.... but my friend introduced me to elite nails and now i am happy...! I LOVE ELITE NAILS!!
