I love visiting Elite Nail Bar Booragoon—special shout-out to Rose for her consistently fantastic work and warm smile, with a team that’s always professional and great value for money.
I waited 1 hour with my feet in cold water. No communication. No service. Awful time wasting experience.
Disappointed with the service here. I was told to come back in 20mins which I did and then waited another 30mins and still no pedicure. Unacceptable! I won’t be going back.
Awkward experience here today. Sat in a decrepit massage chair with broken side table, feet soaking for over 20min with no service. Started reading their Google reviews while waiting and oh dear they’re not very positive… so I got the heck out of there. Do yourself a favour and read the reviews before you check into this place. Looks nice from the outside but floor is filthy and the reviews don’t speak of great customer service.
