Absolutely the rudest service I’ve ever experienced. No please , thank you the treatment was extremely rough for the pedi.. For a salon in a centre like this you’d expect a lot more .. if there was a negitive 1 I’d give that
Ridiculous service and sub par quality of technicians. When you raise your concerns they start bitching about you among themselves in a foreign language!
They were not gentle at all when they removed my nails and the service were poor, no communications and some stuff can’t even speak English. I’m fine with no communication if they did a proper job. I was left for 15 minutes and there were different stuffs removing my nails, not happy with this kind of service. Isn’t cheap as well, normal price. I would’ve deal with it if the price is cheap.
Really bad customer service, ended walking out after 20mins, no one seemed to speak English or could understand what I was asking.
