The whole team here are amazing they help beyond any place that I’ve ever been to, they made my purchase the least stressful I’ve ever been for buying a car. They offered great financing for my bad credit and the vehicle that fit my needs.
I love the way the dealer talks to customers and my experience was the best.
Good people but not what I wanted
Did not feel that they were very honest. When I asked if the car had been in an accident instead of answering my question he responded that they would buff out the bad paint touch up. He also laughed when I told him the car I was interested in and called me cheap in an insulting way, not a joking way.
Outstanding Customer Service from the sales staff, finance dept, mechanics, and the GM! I really like my car!!! Elite Motors made sure that everything was good to go! I got the commuter car I wanted. Call Tyja at Elite Motors.
Great!!!! Salesman was very friendly and understanding. He was not pushy at all. Which I appreciated the most.
