Very knowledgeable and friendly people. Jamie wants to truly help you be happy with your body and she can help with just about anything. She is a business owner that cares, which is a rare thing nowadays.
Jamie is extremely knowledgeable, personable, kind, and transparent! She takes her time to come up with the best treatment plan for you and explains the “whys” behind everything. She truly cares about you and is a breath of fresh air. I will be recommending all my friends and family to this incredible facility, along with getting more treatments done here. I have tried contacting this spa 4 separate times now and have never gotten ahold of anyone or got a call back even after leaving messages. I was hoping to check out the skin care they sell as I’ve seen online and every time I’ve gone there they are closed. I wanted to support a local business instead of ordering online and having to wait. To me you should at least have the decency to call someone back who is trying to get ahold of your business regardless of what the outcome is.
My husband and I recently got Coolsculpting and the experience here was excellent for both of us. The office is comfortable and clean. Lisa has be a technician for over four years. She’s extremely competent and super nice. Explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. The procedure itself was a breeze because tells you exactly what to expect. I’m excited to see the results. I will definitely check out the other services available at Elite MedSpa.
Have been using Erin for all my Botox the last year. She’s always friendly, and helpful. Not pushy about procedures and products but very knowledgeable. Also comforting while injecting. Had Botox other places and I keep returning because it’s the most comfortable and isn’t crazy expensive. Allows me to get more units and more often
